His Highness Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, launched a completely dedicated Thalassemia website at the Thalassemia Center of the Dubai Health Authority. The team at the Thalassemia Center, designed the website with separate areas for the public and healthcare professionals, in Arabic and English, to help boost education of the disease, and improve communication between itself and the center’s users.
